Woody Woodger (she / they / it) is a trans-femme anarcho-commie born and raised in Massachusetts where she earned a BA from Westfield State in Creative Writing. Disappointing their parents once wasn’t enough, however, so she moved to the DMV to earn their MFA in Poetry from American University. Its writing has appeared in DIAGRAM, Northern New England Review, Drunk Monkeys, RFD, Exposition Review, and peculiar,and has been nominated for Best of the Net and Pushcart prizes. Her first chapbook, postcards from glasshouse drive (Finishing Line Press) was nominated for the 2018 Massachusetts Book Awards (Massachusetts! Like from before! In the bio! That’s continuity, folx). Their writing focuses on the ~trans experience~, the tensions between personal and social accountability, and a third thing, surely.
